COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions teams ask before they start.

Which invoice formats does OnGaard accept?

Invoices can arrive as PDF, CSV or EDI. Each one is standardized into the same record before it is validated.

How long does it take to go live?

Most teams are live in 8 to 12 weeks, through a six-phase onboarding that covers preparation, carrier outreach, EDI setup, testing, go-live and ongoing support.

Do we need to replace our ERP or accounting system?

No. OnGaard sits alongside your existing systems and passes approved, GL-coded invoices on for payment.

What do our carriers need to do?

We notify your carriers during onboarding, gather contacts and set up EDI 210 connections where they are available.

Which coverage tier is right for us?

We recommend one during your intro session, based on your carriers, contracts and invoice volume. You can move up a tier as your needs grow.
